He has executed fund reconciliation worth 5 Billion INR for Government. He was also a part of Cornell Accelerator programme in India. He’s a Tedx speaker and advisor to many startups. He loves traveling. You can talk to him about his travel / trek / rural India stories.
Pravesh is a qualified CS. He has work experience of more than 6 years and has handled secretarial work with of listed companies. He is go to guy for the team for all kind of work related to ROC and MCA related matters. Pravesh was the Company Secretary of Nazara Technologies, a listed gaming firm having it’s presence globally. He brings the valuable experience of handling listed clients. Pravesh is our POC for Central India and based out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. Rajbeer Singh is our senior most associate in the firm with an experience of more than 40+ years in manufacturing industry with India’s largest companies handling excise, customs & service tax matters. Currently, he looks after complex GST and custom litigation matters of clients in NCR region. He’s our POC for North India and based out of our Bhiwadi office.
Haresh is a Chartered Accountant and cleared his CFA level II. He has over 10 years of Industry exposure in the areas of Audit, Accounts, Company Law, MIS and Tax Advisory. Attention to detail with transaction and numbers is his forte and has helped him grow rapidly over the years. He handles us litigative matters of clients in Mumbai. In his free time, he prefers going on drive or watching documentaries on Netflix.
Chandni is a Chartered Accountant from India and Certified Public Accountant in US. She’s currently based in United States and handles overseas operation at Fseed, primarily working on US GAAP & taxation assignments. She has over 7 years of experience in the field. She’s a firm believer in right deeds and has incorporated similar values in our firm. She’s an avid reader, prefers spending time on writing and listening music.
Kulwant is a CA by profession, fitness enthusiast by passion. He has an experience of more than 8 years working with some of the biggest CA firms in Mumbai. He handles Direct & Indirect taxes at Fseed and majorly works with MSMEs. He spends his time either in bookkeeping or bodybuilding. Focus and dedication towards his work is what defines him and motivates the interns & associates to work with him.
Savita is a qualified Chartered Accountant having an experience of 12 years in direct taxes, handling Income Tax and TDS matters. Her expertise are finalization of accounts, Income Tax matters and TDS matters.
